Laguna Riviera Ventures, LLC, developer of Laguna at Riviera Dunes, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking and early release of the community's fourth building. Construction began on Building IV in September, and sales for its 42 residences are now available.
"The consistent and exceptional sales progress we've experienced for buildings one, two and three has led to the release of this next set of residences earlier than expected," said George Smith of Laguna Riviera Ventures, LLC. "On average, the other buildings have completely or nearly sold out in 6 months, and we expect the same positive response for building four."
Progress also continues for the community's first three buildings. Building I is complete while building II will be complete by the end of 2005, and construction began in May 2005 on Building III, which is nearly sold out. The master plan for this gated community consists of five building structures that will house 210 residences, all with terraces and waterfront views. Prices range from the $400,000s to over $1.5 million. Models are open daily.
